Step 1
Follow a path
Choose a journey that matches something you want to achieve.
The unofficial wayto get there
Follow the steps of someone who's done it.
How it works
Small steps. Real experience. Meaningful progress.
Switchplay helps you learn from people who have already achieved something meaningful.
Instead of trying to work everything out alone, you can follow a clear path built from someone else's real experience.
Each path breaks a journey into simple stages, practical steps and moments to reflect before moving forward.
Step 2
Complete the steps
Do the steps outlined in the path to make progress towards your goal.
Step 3
Learn from real experience
See how the path creator approached the challenges, decisions and setbacks along the way.
Become an early creator
We’ll help you become a great creator.
You do not need to be an expert, an influencer or an experienced teacher. If you have achieved something meaningful, the way you did it could help someone else.
Switchplay helps you turn that experience into a clear path people can follow.
Create a path with usWe’ll help you turn your experience into a path.
We guide you through the process, ask the right questions and help you shape your experience into something clear, useful and personal.
Find the real value in your experience
We help you uncover the decisions, obstacles and lessons that made the difference.
Turn your experience into a path
We help you organise your journey into simple stages and practical steps, while keeping it in your own voice.
Get paid to create
We pay creators for selected paths and offer further paid opportunities, including commissioned paths for companies and organisations.
“This is making me think things I didn’t know were possible.”
